The Platform exists to preserve meaningful human stories, many of which involve Personal Information entrusted to us by Story Page Custodians and Contributors. (b) Story Page Custodians;

1. Definitions

(a) information provided when establishing or administering a Story Page;
(b) information provided by Contributors when submitting Content to a Story Page;
(c) account registration and authentication information;
(d) contact information provided when communicating with That Reminds Me;
(e) technical information generated through use of the Platform, including device and browser information where reasonably necessary for security, administration and service improvement;
(f) any other Personal Information voluntarily provided in connection with the use or administration of the Platform.

That Reminds Me processes Personal Information only where reasonably necessary to establish, administer and support the Platform, to fulfil its responsibilities to Story Page Custodians and Contributors, and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Personal Information will not be processed for purposes incompatible with those for which it was collected, unless permitted or required by law.

(a) establishing and administering Story Pages;
(b) verifying the identity or authority of Story Page Custodians and Contributors where reasonably necessary;
(c) facilitating communication between That Reminds Me and users of the Platform;
(d) maintaining, securing and improving the operation of the Platform;
(e) responding to enquiries, requests and support requirements;
(f) maintaining appropriate administrative, financial and business records;
(g) complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and

That Reminds Me recognises that Personal Information is entrusted to it in confidence. The retention of Story Content is governed separately by the Story Page Agreement and any other applicable terms governing the operation and administration of the Platform.

Subject to applicable law, individuals whose Personal Information is processed by That Reminds Me are entitled to exercise certain rights in relation to that information. That Reminds Me is committed to responding to such requests fairly, transparently and within any time periods prescribed by law. Depending upon the circumstances, those rights may include the right:

(b) to request access to Personal Information held by That Reminds Me;
